Refunds are issued for eligible returned items submitted within the return window shown in our store.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and have original tags attached.
Final sale items, custom or personalized items, team orders, wholesale orders, and items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for refund.
To start a return, select Request Return on your order status page. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shopify refunds are generally sent back to the same payment method used for the order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
