Returns

At United All Around, we want returns to be simple and easy.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery through the Request Return option on your order status page.

How to Request a Return

  • Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
  • Click View your order.
  • On your order status page, click Request Return.
  • Select the item(s) you want to return and submit your request.

Shopify supports customer return requests directly from the order status page when self-serve returns is enabled.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Team orders
  • Wholesale orders
  • Items damaged due to improper care or washing

Return Shipping

Once your return request is submitted, we will provide the return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@unitedallaround.com.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at info@unitedallaround.com.

Please include your order number and item details in your email.
